This is a 4 hour introduction to our Wellbeing Program. Our initial introduction to the program would be a 4 hour course covering the four cornerstones of wellbeing:
Communication Skills – How we talk to each other at work and at home
Mental Wellbeing – Breaking through the stigmas and accepting our human condition
Physical Wellbeing – Our relationship with healthy habits for the body and the mind
Bullying and Harassment – How do we identify it and what do we do about it
