Your Privacy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• name
• contact information
• vaccination status

We collect your personal information in order to:

• enrol you in your chosen courses and to keep you updated with changes

Providing information is optional.

If you choose not to provide your contact information, or declare your vaccination status we’ll be unable to register them for our courses.

If you choose not to provide a copy of your vaccine pass prior to attending a course, you will need to show it on arrival.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to access it.

Access to your information, including your vaccination status is limited to our Privacy Officer and instructors. It is essential that they have access to this information in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the COVID Protection Framework

If you provide a copy of your vaccine pass prior to attending your course, we will mark the attendance register as vaccination pass sighted, and securely delete the pass. 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
