Due to its very popular demand we have decided to host one FREE course per month and one $10pp course per month.
Our Infant CPR and Choking Course runs once per month, and is FREE for anyone to attend. We do have limited space though so make sure to book in early. Courses are currently only available in Christchurch. All courses run from our training rooms: Unit 1 / 7 Burdale Street, Riccarton, Christchurch, 8011.
This is one of the scariest things a parent, grandparent, caregiver, family member or friend might have to deal with. We want you to feel comfortable in knowing the steps of how to help if this should ever happen.
This course will give you hands-on training on how to perform CPR on an infant under the age of one and how to help if an infant is choking. We follow the New Zealand Resuscitation Council Guidelines on CPR and Choking. You can view the guidelines here.
